Development Academy Coach Reimbursement

Coaches of the Development Academy and Junior Prussians can receive a refund of their registration fees if they fulfill these criteria:

1. They are registered for the program and are coaching their registered player's team.
2. All required clearances have been submitted and are current as of the program's start date.
3. They have completed all mandatory EPYSA training, including Concussion Training and Safe Sport.
4. They have attended at least one training session led by the club (or alternative online training if unable to attend)

If a coach is unable to attend the training sessions due to a conflict, the coach must complete the respective grassroots course (5v5 or 7v7) here: https://learning.ussoccer.com/coach

Head coaches are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration costs, while assistant coaches are eligible for a 25% discount on registration costs.

Refunds will be provided the week of the first practice or when all conditions have been met. Coaches who have not met all conditions by the first game day are no longer eligible for a refund.

Coaches who have not submitted and had their clearances approved are not eligible to coach a team or be on the field.
