Refund & Roster Commitment Policy
Competitive & Travel Teams
When a player accepts a roster spot with a KOPSC team, that acceptance is considered a full-season commitment. Team placement decisions, including those impacting new and returning players are made based on these commitments.
Refunds will not be issued once a roster spot has been accepted, except in the following cases:
- The family is relocating out of the area
- The player has a documented medical condition that prevents participation
All exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation. If a refund is approved, it will be prorated based on participation and subject to a 5% processing fee.
This policy protects roster integrity and ensures fairness to players evaluated based on assumed team continuity.
Intramural, Junior Prussians & Camps
For all non-travel programs, refund requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the program’s start date.
- Approved refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee
- No refunds will be issued once a program begins
